4 tablespoons Coconut Salted Caramel flavour
4 tablespoons of Sunflower Kernels
1/3 cup melted Coconut Oil
1/3 filtered water
2 tablespoons Organic Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- Add all ingredients to your food process and blitz to combine
- Spoon one serving into your hand and roll
- Repeat until all the mixture is used
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes or more to assist the coconut oil to set
