This Organic tea Blend contains calming herbs which may help with bringing calm to the nervous system, whilst supporting your stress levels throughout the day.
If used before sleep, it may assist with sleep onset and maintenance.

Ingredients: Organic Tea: Three tulsi, Lemon balm, Chamomile, Passionflower, Rose

Cautions: Not to be used to replace anti -anxiety or anti-depressant medication.

Directions: Add 1 tsp to tea dispenser with boiling water and allow to steep for 5minutes
