This Organic tea Blend may assist with both calming and uplifting the mood at the same time. If used before sleep. It may assist with sleep onset and maintenance.

Ingredients: Organic Tea: St John’s wort, Holy Basil, Oat, Lavender and Lemon balm,

Contraindications: Not suitable for women taking the contraceptive pill.
Not to be used to replace anti -anxiety or anti-depressant medication.

Directions: Add 1 tsp to tea dispenser with boiling water and allow to steep for 5minutes
