My Favourite Green Juice

Over the holidays I made a commitment to myself that I would juice every day until (at least) the end of January.  

Green juices offer a gentle cleanse of the body, rehydration of the body and a quick burst of vitamins and minerals without having to do a lot of digestive work to break it down. 

I know that once I start to create a habit it’s much easier to keep up. Plus the flavour is addictive! 

Here’s my current favourite juice which I tend to drink over 2 days: 

Organic Celery (whole bunch)

2 Green apples 

2 Lebanese cucumbers 

2 generous knobs of ginger 

A bunch of herbs (either parsley or coriander) 

1 lime
