Ingredients
2 chopped Onions
3 Broccoli heads sliced)
6 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch coriander
1.5 litres organic chicken bone broth
1 zucchini
1/2 bunch kale
300g peas (frozen is fine)
50g Grass fed Butter
Olive oil, chilli flakes and paprika and salt and pepper to dress
- Sauteed the onion and garlic in butter until soft
- Add chicken stock and bring to the boil
- Put in sliced broccoli and cook until tender
- Add peas and herbs
- Cook for 2 more minutes
- Blend and then season with salt and pepper
- Serve with drizzle of olive oil and chilli flakes and garlic
