Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

2 chopped Onions

3 Broccoli heads sliced)

6 cloves of chopped garlic

1/2 bunch parsley

1/2 bunch coriander 

1.5 litres organic chicken bone broth 

1 zucchini 

1/2 bunch kale 

300g peas (frozen is fine)

50g Grass fed Butter 

Olive oil, chilli flakes and paprika and salt and pepper to dress 

  1. Sauteed the onion and garlic in butter until soft
  2. Add chicken stock and bring to the boil
  3. Put in sliced broccoli and cook until tender
  4. Add peas and herbs 
  5. Cook for 2 more minutes
  6. Blend and then season with salt and pepper
  7. Serve with drizzle of olive oil and chilli flakes and garlic
