Two Ingredient Pancakes

These pancakes are super quick to make, so delicious AND gluten & dairy free! This recipe is enough for one person so just increase accordingly for more people. 


1.Mash up one ripe banana and crack 2 (organic free range) eggs into the bowl and mix together. 

2.Split the mix into 2 small pancakes and use a small pan to lightly fry them with coconut oil

3. Serve stacked and sprinkle with your choice of topping and devour! Personally- I love cinnamon and blueberries but you could also use stevia, grated apple, mixed berries, coconut flakes, cacao or pear. Enjoy!
