Kale Chips

Looking for a great way to get more veggies into the kids (or you for that matter?) – try these yummy Kale chips recipe. Like most recipes on this blog- this is a no fuss, very simple recipe that you can make in minutes.

Ingredients

Bunch of Kale

Oil

optional: nutritional Yeast (Vegan cheese alternative that tastes like parmesan cheese), other flavours could be onion or garlic powder or chilli flakes for the adults.

 Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160deg
  2. Rip the kale off the stems and break into bit size pieces
  3. Put leaves into a bowl and gently massage Olive oil into the leaves
  4. Bake on tray for 10-12 minutes (until crispy and not burnt)
  5. Optional: Sprinkle nutritional yeast onto the leaves for added flavour
