Homemade Gluten free Granola

This is my home made breafast granola. Its gluten and dairy free and easy to make.

Ingredients

2 cups of quinoa flakes (option to use oats if you can tolerate them)

1/4 cup each of any nuts and seeds you have. I use almonds, walnuts, chia seeds and pepita seeds

1/2 cup of coconut flakes

1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

1/4 agave syrup or maple syrup or honey (this can be omitted if you don’t want it sweetened)

1tsp organic ground cinnamon

 

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together into a bowl

2. Scatter onto a baking tray and bake at 150deg for 30minutes

3. Enjoy with your favourite yogurt and fruit topping.
