This is a great snack for movie night or school lunch boxes. The chickpeas contain both protein and carbohydrate so will help with brain function and keep you full.
Ingredients
1 tin of organic Chickpeas (rinsed and pat dry)
Spray olive oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 200degc
2. In a baking tray lay out the chickpeas and spray with olive oil and then sprinkle with paprika and sea salt for flavour
3. Bake in oven for 30-40mins, remembering to stir every ten minutes until golden brown.
4. Allow to cool before storing.
5. note: you may want to do double or triple this recipe for school lunch boxes!
