Breakfast Winter Warmer

This breakfast is full of fibre and protein and is so nice and warming during winter. 

Its also a great choice if you want something healthy, gluten free and if you are short of time!

It only takes about 3 minutes to make. 

1/4-1/2 cup quinoa flakes

Cover with warm water (from kettle or stove) 

1 serve (2tbs) of vanilla protein powder (I love vital pea protein),

sprinkle with nuts/ seeds/ buckwheat groats (whatever you have at home!)

1/2 – whole fresh pear
