This Acai and Chia bowl recipe is the same recipe I have posted previously. Each time i am just switching the fruit. This means I can make a weeks worth of chia pudding and then each morning just change up the fruit. I love the variety and fun of different colours every morning. Am sure your kids will too!
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup water
½ cup coconut/almond milk
1 tsp. desiccated coconut
3 drops of ‘sweet drops’ stevia –hazelnut
1 sachet of unsweetened Acai
1/2 banana
1tsp natural Vanilla
Optional topping: Buckwheat groats or nuts/ seeds of your choice
- Combine chia seeds, water, almond/coconut milk desiccated coconut & stevia and soak overnight.
- Once chia seeds has set to a gel like consistency, add to blender with acai sachet, banana and vanilla
- Serve with buckwheat groats or your choice of nuts on top for some extra crunch
