This is the same chia pudding recipe i have posted previously except I have switched the fruit for a small mango. Its SO GOOD. Give it a try
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup water
½ cup coconut/almond milk
1 tsp. desiccated coconut
3 drops of ‘sweet drops’ stevia –hazelnut
- Combine chia seeds, water, almond/coconut milk desiccated coconut & stevia and soak overnight.
- Once chia seeds has set to a gel like consistency, add to blender with pulp from 1 small mango
